Andiamo aims to use 3D scanning and printing technologies to measure and produce an orthosis in 48 hours. Shorter wait times and a service designed around families will lead to significantly better outcomes for the child and cost savings for health services.

Our involvement was to prototype this process with particular emphasis on empathetic service design and the potential for 3D digital scanning and printing technologies to produce ‘personalised’ orthisos sensitive to the patients identity, character and needs.
