2PM, a manufacturer of die-cut polypropylene stationary and packaging items, looked to develop new products and new markets which added value to the process and the material. The Tutu pendant shade was intended to have large market appeal as well as explore the potential of the material and the manufacturing process. The nature of the design lends itself to economic use of materials as well as flat packing/self assembly.
